Welcome! We are Pilates Punx – our mission is to help clients alleviate pain and gain strength through proper Pilates instruction, with an emphasis on the how and the why. We cater to the “other,” the counter-culture, the folks who don’t feel like they fit in at the average studio. We are a music-driven studio with a deep connection to rock, punk, and metal music.

We are a Pilates Studio offering private and group sessions for the community. We strive to be a welcoming studio that makes anyone and everyone feel comfortable – taking any of the intimidation out of boutique fitness.

We offer 50-minute group classes, 55-minute Private Sessions, and we are a Certification Studio, teaching a Comprehensive Classical Pilates Certification.

Our experienced team is ready to teach any client from the beginning student to the most advanced client who wants to deepen their work. We are trained to help clients with injuries, aches, and pains, as well as pre and post-natal clients.

Where should I start?

We offer Private Sessions for clients who want that 1:1 attention. We recommend Private Sessions for clients who are brand new to Pilates or those who have injuries.

We have small Group Classes (up to 7 people in Echo Park, up to 8 people in Studio City) – 50 minute classes to take you through a full-body workout with concise and precise cues, attention and adjustments, and we offer modifications for anyone who needs them as we go through the class.

Already hooked on Pilates? We host a Comprehensive Classial Pilates Certification Program that helps you learn a new skill, deepen your mind/body connection and self-practice, and trains you to teach Pilates!
Our Comprehensive Program takes you through the full Classical Repertoire on Cadillac, Reformer, Mat, and Wundachair as well as 6 Small Apparatuses.
