Emily Nigro has been certified to teach Pilates since 2017.  She completed her 500-hour mat and reformer certification from Club Pilates Echo Park, in Los Angeles, CA and specializes in Contemporary Pilates.

Emily’s teaching style is a reflection of herself – always evolving and guided by music.  When you take Emily’s class, you can expect a little fun and creativity to Pilates – never boring!
