Our Pilates Punx At Home Workouts are created for any level client to do their work from home. We incorporate a number of modifications in each video to make sure that every client can find their version of an exercise.
You will see that we use some common workout props in some of the videos, which are absolutely optional, depending on what you have at your disposal and what your desired workout level is.

And of course, you will need at the very least, a mat or some sort of cushion on the floor.
We recommend any of the following ones. The cheaper that mat is, the thinner it is (from left to right) – the thicker it is, the more cushion you get. They all work, it really does depend on what type of floor you’ll be laying on.
Feel free to incorporate these items into your workouts, or continue along without the props. We’ve chosen the most fairly priced items that are still high quality.
