Samantha Herasme gained her Pilates certification in 2011 (renewed it in 2018, Advanced it in 2019) from IM=X Pilates – a New York City-based program that’s a cross-conditioning system with pilates moves with the addition of strength training and cardio elements for a more athletically-oriented workout.
Clients can expect a full-body workout in Sam’s class. During class, you’ll get a good build-up so expect to be pushed for that endurance and overall strength. Expect to feel energized after class. And the next day, expect to hurt so good! You’ll be happy you showed up and ready to take on the world!
She loves getting clients to understand how their natural body was designed to feel like- then hone it, cherish it, and build on it!
