Erika Brady completed her Pilates Reformer certification from Balanced Body in 2019 and specializes in Contemporary Pilates with her dance background.
Erika’s clients can expect a well-rounded and creative class, with lots of attention to alignment, and fostering the connection between mind and body. Her goal as an instructor is to teach her clients to move in the best way possible and to make movement fun!
