Deanna Garzillo received her Classical Pilates Certification in 2023 from Pilates Punx – she was in our very first Certification Cohort!

Clients can expect a total body Classical Pilates flow with a strong emphasis on alignment of the spine.

Her goals as an instructor are to help people alleviate pain in their daily lives, bring awareness to stubborn and often neglected muscles, and to improve posture and confidence.
